Getting started

What Omnipresent is, in five minutes

One wired system of agents for campaigns, content, monitoring, reputation and compliance, with you approving the moments that matter.

Omnipresent is a marketing operating system for brands and agencies. You describe a brand and its goals, the orchestrator turns that into a plan of segments, topics, campaigns, automations and monitoring, and specialised agents do the recurring work: write, classify, watch, reply, measure. Nothing goes out without the approval gates you set.

Three ideas carry everything:
Permission first. Only confirmed contacts receive mail. Every opt-in, unsubscribe and import is written to a consent ledger you can show an authority.
Two readers. Every page and mail is written for people and marked up for the machines that now read on their behalf: answer engines, inbox assistants, shopping agents. See The Presence Loop.
Your data stays yours. Bulk AI work runs on Omnipresent's own servers; contacts never leave the house; a brand's data is isolated from every other tenant.

Step by step

  1. 1
    Tenant, brand, teamopen in app
A tenant is your company (or your agency). Inside it live brands; most modules work per brand. People join the tenant with a role and can be limited to certain brands.
  2. 2
    Contacts and consentopen in app
Contacts live in one database per tenant. Lists are distribution lists with consent; segments are saved filters. A prospect is someone you may analyse but not mail.
  3. 3
Plan, then let agents runopen in app
The master campaign is the plan. Topics, calendar, campaigns and automations are the parts the agents execute. Approvals are where you stay in control.
  4. 4
Measure presence, not clicksopen in app
Insights shows what your data is worth today, where it is heading and what is untapped. Monitoring and reputation show how the world talks about you.
