Account, team and roles

Who signs in, what they may do, which brands they see.

Each person has one account that can belong to several tenants. Inside a tenant they have a role: Viewer, Editor, Admin or Owner. Editors and viewers of an agency can be limited to selected brands.

Step by step

    Secure your own accountopen in app
    My account → Two-factor authentication → scan the QR code with any authenticator app, enter one code, save the recovery codes. Change password and email from the same page; every change signs other sessions out.
  2. 2
    Invite colleaguesopen in app
    Team → Invite someone: email and role. The link is valid for seven days. Pending invitations can be resent or revoked.
  3. 3
    Limit brand accessopen in app
    Team → in the member row open Brands and tick the brands an editor or viewer may see. No ticks means all brands.
  4. 4
    Transfer ownershipopen in app
    Owners can hand a tenant to another member (make owner); the previous owner becomes an admin.
