Master campaign

The orchestrator turns a brief into a wired plan of segments, topics, campaigns, automations and monitoring.

The master campaign is the one place where you plan. Everything else executes. The orchestrator reads your brand profile and inventory, asks what it needs to know, then produces a plan you can see as a diagram and adjust node by node.

Step by step

  1. 1
    Brief
Describe the situation (where you stand), goals (numbers if you have them), audience, markets, languages, channels, monthly budget, horizon in weeks and constraints.
  2. 2
    Answer the follow-up questions
The orchestrator asks about gaps: missing opt-in basis, unclear offer, no domain. Answer in full sentences.
  3. 3
    Read the plan canvas
Columns: sources → agents → gates → channels → monitors. Pan with the hand, zoom with the wheel; the view is remembered. Click a node for its explanation and status in the right pane; the pane can be hidden.
  4. 4
    Adjust
Switch nodes off, add bots, rename, drag. Replan re-runs the orchestrator with your changes as constraints.
  5. 5
    Work the to-dos
The plan lists what only you can do: DNS records, platform keys, decisions, OAuth connections. Each to-do links to the right place.

Watch out

  • A plan is not a send. Campaigns inside it still pass through review, approval and scheduling.
  • Replan keeps your manual changes but may re-arrange nodes; the viewport stays where you left it.
