Data sources

Dock onto PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, HTTP endpoints and webhooks; rows are mapped and reconciled, the source stays where it is.

Use data sources when the truth lives in your shop, CRM or ERP. The assistant tests the connection, lists tables or accepts a read-only query, reads columns with samples, proposes the mapping and picks a change column so only new and changed rows are read.

Step by step

  1. 1
    Create the source
Data sources → New: name, type, host, port, database, a read-only user and password (or URL and token for HTTP). Our server IP must be allowed by your firewall; private networks are refused.
  2. 2
    Test the connection
Step 1 saves and tests; the table list appears.
  3. 3
    Pick table or query
Step 2: choose a table or paste a SELECT (joins and filters allowed). Read columns shows samples.
  4. 4
    Map columns
Step 3: email is required; the rest optional. Choose the key column (source id) and the change column (updated_at or an autoincrement id).
  5. 5
    Choose the mode
Step 4: passive (sync on demand), subscribed (every N minutes) or live (webhook address for forms and shops). Set the target list and legal basis, then Sync now.

Watch out

  • Every row passes the same quality, suppression and consent pipeline as a file import.
  • Webhooks accept JSON objects, JSON arrays or form fields; the token in the address is the credential, rotate it if it leaks.
