How it fits together

How the modules work together

The data flow from a brand brief to a recommended customer.

Think of it as a loop, not a pipeline.

Brand profile feeds every agent. Master campaign turns it into a plan. Topics & calendar produce Content, which goes to Sites and Social and into Campaigns. Contacts come from imports, Data sources, Migration, forms on sites, the Channel board and Audience conversions; the Analyst scores them into the Lead database. Campaigns and Automations mail confirmed segments through Integrations; the Tracker records opens, clicks, visits and goals, which raise lead scores and trigger automations. Monitoring and the Inbox watch the world; Reputation turns satisfied customers into public proof and catches unhappy ones early. AI visibility and API handover make all of it readable and callable for machines. Insights measures the whole loop and tells you the next lever. Compliance sits underneath everything: consent ledger, suppression, documents, data-subject rights.

Step by step

  1. 1
Start with the brand, not the list
A good profile makes every agent better; a list without a brand voice produces generic mail.
  2. 2
Let data flow in through doors, not files
Data sources and webhooks keep the base current; files are for one-time migrations.
  3. 3
Approve where money or reputation is at stake
Brand policy: automatic for low-risk (blog drafts, inbox thanks), human for sends and public replies.
  4. 4
    Close the loop
Review requests after delivery, referral blocks in newsletters, handover endpoints for agents.
