Social media

Connected accounts, scheduled posts, variants per platform.

Social media is a publishing surface, not a strategy. Topics produce variants per platform, Content approves them, the publisher posts them, Monitoring and the Inbox watch what comes back.

Step by step

  1. 1
    Connect accounts
    Integrations → connect Meta (Facebook pages, Instagram business), LinkedIn (profile or page) and X via OAuth; Bluesky and Mastodon take an app password.
  2. 2
    Choose variants
    Each content item carries variants with platform limits, hashtags from the brand profile and an image. Edit in Content before approval.
  3. 3
    Schedule
    Pick accounts and time; the calendar shows the queue. The publish job posts and records the permalink or the error.
  4. 4
    Read the response
    Comments and mentions land in the Inbox; engagement feeds the health score.

Watch out

  • Platform tokens expire. A red badge on the account means reconnect; queued posts wait until you do.
