Playbook: agency with client brands

One tenant per client, white-label portals, approvals per client, your team limited per brand.

Step by step

  1. 1
    Set the tenant to agency
    Settings → Tenant → type Agency. Create client tenants with their own logins.

    Team
    Invite account managers as editors limited to their clients' brands; clients as viewers with approval rights where needed.
  3. 3
    Per client
    Brand profile, domain, monitoring, master campaign. Approval portal shows the client only what waits for them.
  4. 4
    Report
    Insights per client; health score explanations are the monthly report.
