Data quality
What the quality score means and how to raise it.
Each contact has a quality score from 0 to 100 and flags: disposable, no MX, typo fixed, role address, numeric local part. Imports fix common typo domains, check MX, skip under 30. Insights shows the distribution and the defect flags. Raise quality by cleaning under-30 rows, confirming pending opt-ins, and feeding behaviour (opens, clicks, visits) that the analyst turns into intent.
