Getting started
Quick start: my first master campaign
From an empty account to a running plan in about an hour.
This is the shortest path to a working setup. You will end with a brand that has a voice, a confirmed contact base, one approved campaign and a plan the agents keep executing.
Step by step
- 1Describe the brandopen in appSettings → Brand: name, website, industry, languages, markets, tone, audience, USPs, forbidden words, colours and fonts. Upload the logo under CI upload. Everything the agents write draws on this profile.Write the tone as you would brief a new copywriter: three adjectives and one sentence of what to avoid.
- 2Connect your message domainopen in appSettings → Domain: enter message.yourdomain.com and set the CNAME the assistant shows. Opt-in pages, unsubscribe links and mails then carry your name, not ours. The DNS assistant pulls your zone and shows the target records side by side. Propagation takes minutes to a few hours.
- 3Bring contacts inopen in appContacts & lists → Import (CSV, Excel, paste), Migrate (from Mailchimp, HubSpot, Kajabi …) or Data sources (your shop or CRM database). Choose the legal basis honestly: existing opt-in, double opt-in required, customers, or prospect pool.Unsure about consent? Choose double opt-in. A smaller confirmed list beats a large one you cannot defend.
- 4Let the analyst classifyopen in appAfter an import the analyst scores every contact: quality, intent, interests. Lead database & segments shows the result; build a first segment such as 'warm, interested in X'.
- 5Start the master campaignopen in appMaster campaign → describe situation, goals, audience, channels, budget and horizon. The orchestrator asks follow-up questions, then builds the plan as a wired diagram: segments, topics, calendar, series mails, monitoring, approval gates.Answer the follow-up questions in full sentences; vague answers produce generic plans.
- 6Review the planopen in appOpen the plan canvas. Each node is a part the agents will run. Switch off what you do not want, add bots, drag nodes to arrange. The right pane explains every node.
- 7Approve the first campaignopen in appEmail campaigns → the first newsletter the planner drafted. Edit in the block editor, run the simulation to see exactly what arrives, send a test to yourself, then Review → Approve → Schedule. The simulation catches missing unsubscribe links, empty links and Gmail clipping before anyone else does.
- 8Switch on monitoringopen in appMonitoring: add your brand, your domain and two competitors as targets. The first run takes minutes; alerts appear under Monitoring → Alerts and on the dashboard.
- 9Check Insights after a weekopen in appInsights → Current state, Forecast, Potential. The possibilities list tells you the next biggest lever.
Watch out
- Do not import a list you cannot explain. The analyst will score it, but the mailer will not send to anything without consent.
- Set the brand policy (Settings → Agent policy) before the first automation; it decides what goes out without a human.
