1.Controller

Omnipresent SE (i.G.), 1 Ballycoolin Rd, Ballycoolen, Dublin, D15 AKK1, Ireland. Privacy requests to privacy@omnipresent.at.

2.Hosting and place of processing

All systems run on servers in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany (data centre Falkenstein, Germany)). No transfers to third countries take place unless expressly listed below.

3.Visiting the website

When you open this site we process technically necessary data (truncated IP address, time, page, browser) to deliver and secure it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We set only a cookie for your language choice and, after login, a session cookie. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4.Outreach test and forms

Inputs in the outreach test are calculated in your browser only. If you request the analysis by email, we store your name, email address, your inputs, the model result, time, IP address and the wording of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The assessment is generated with an AI model (Claude, Anthropic PBC); for this your inputs are transmitted to Anthropic without name and email address. You receive further emails only after confirmation (double opt-in). You can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email.

5.Account and platform use

For an account we process email address, name, password (hashed), tenant and role data and logs of security-relevant actions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Customers process their own contact data within their tenants; for this we act as processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement.

6.AI processing

To create texts, classifications and analyses we use Claude models by Anthropic. Anthropic does not use API data for training. Outputs are labelled in accordance with Art. 50 EU AI Act.

7.Email delivery

Delivery runs through channels we control in the EU or through commissioned delivery providers under a data processing agreement. Opens and clicks are measured only where the recipient has consented or a legitimate interest exists.

8.Retention

Account data until the account is deleted, consent records three years after processing ends, server logs 14 days, security logs 90 days.

9.Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Complaints may be addressed to the Data Protection Commission, Dublin, or another supervisory authority. Requests to privacy@omnipresent.at or via the platform's data-subject form.
